The virtual NIC looks like it's active from the log.
When you boot into safe mode, can you look at the device manager and see if Windows has detected the virtual NIC and installed a driver for it?
Have you tried bridged networking rather than NAT?
There's some weird virtual USB activity in the log, and it looks like you have a USB network adapter on the host. Can you remove the virtual USB controller from the guest temporarily, to make sure that isn't causing some problems?
