We need to check Virtual machine logs(Vmware) to figure out the exact error message>"Migration considered a failure by the VMX. It is most likely a timeout, but check the VMX log for the true error".Can you please post the virtual machine logs.
1.Is this the only Virtual machine where in vmotion is failing?
