According to your screen shot image, you are using ESXi host, but I can't define which version.
For version 5.x above, the valid usage period was 90 days (please double confirm).
However, if you are using version 4.0 or 4.1, you may use permanent aka never expired license on single host.
This version may use for trial, training, evaluation, development and similar to it. In other words, not suitable for production especially mission critical environment.
For your enquiry, you may do the following steps:
1. Backup all VM's (.vmx, .vmfs, folder of your VM name)
2. Get new ESXi 4.0 license (go to vm download center and find for ESXi 4.0)
3. If your version wasn't ESXi 4.0, please re-install and put the generated license provided by VM download center.
4. Move all backup VM into the ESXi storage
5. Re-call the .vmx into inventory and you should able to run all the VM again.
Otherwise, you should generate new temporary license or re-install all ESXi 5.x to get another 90days trial period.
