tl;dr: What permissions allow a non-admin user to see tasks?
As an admin, I see everything. One of the users recently cloned a VM from a template. It was SDRS'ed around before it was ready, and the user ended up in a bit of a tizzy, couldn't delete, couldn't edit, etc, until the drs finished. And they didn't know it since nothing appeared in Recent Tasks. Logged in at their permission level, and, confirmed, there's no mention of anything happening.
Now, I'd love to say "just be patient," but the next question is, "patient for how long?... and what OTHER things am I not seeing?"
I don't mind if the users can view what's going on, even above their level. I just want to let them know about tasks the system is doing, without necessarily being able to do more.
I don't see a role edit item for "view tasks," so.. what am I missing?
