is correct v5.x use same License as for 4.x ?

Ans :- vSphere 5.x License would not work for vSphere 4.x ...(some new features are added in vSphere 5.x. if you want to use vSphere 5.x license, you have to downgrade the license from vSphere 5.x to vSphere 4.x)

with other word, is v4.x License valid for v5.x ?

Ans :- vSphere 4.x license should be valid only vSpere 4.x, You should have to take a new license for vSphere 5.x
