Hi, I had an answer yesterday, but looking at things, it was not what I needed to know, I have vsphere 4.1 and vcenter 4.1 running on esx 4, now my problem is update manager is not showing as a plugin, and reading thru documentation, it states, install Vcenter, well thats already been done, is there a way of checking why I cant see this plugin, or is there a configuration option on the console to complete, my guess is it was not installed with vcenter, but I may be wrong, as you can guess, newbie to vmware 
I have double checked on my other vm environment, both vcenter and vsphere are the same, both configured exactly the same on both vm farms, but this one does not want to play ball, Any help, really appreciated, as I seem to be going around in circles.
