vCenter Opearation Manager Information

Hi,

We have purchased the license of VMware vCenter Operations Manager Enterprise edition. I am in confusion how to proceed for installation.

1) Can we install Operation manager on any windows server and if yes then how to. OR vcenter operation manager is only available as virtual appliances?

2) I refereed the site "

http://www.vmware.com/products/datacenter-virtualization/vcenter-operations-manager/buy.html" and as per this link Enterprise edition contain vCenter configuration manager, vFabric Hyperic, vCenter Infrastructure Navigator, vCenter charge back manager so how to install it with vCenter operation manager?

Let me know if any useful document is available for this.
