I change the RAID controller and will see what will happen. 
But no i don`t have any havy machines there i have around 35 Windows XP there on 4 WD Green 2TB in RAID 10 and the access time to the disks is around 1-2 read 0-1 write and the traffic is around 500-800k thats it. Thanks for you support ill write if have any issues after the change
