I will uninstall VMWORKSTATION 9 and reinstall tonight to see.
One question on 2nd pic. Do i need to set on all my 3 guest vms as pic 2 you mentioned and what ip should i assigned becuse i have DHCP installed on my Vm server 2008 R2.
