welcome to community

Now My Question is how that SAN Identifies the iSCSI Port Group ..?

you need to enable the software iscsi adapter in the esxi storage adapters, then you need to give the openfiler ip we call it as target ip then you need to create a lun in the open filer then you need to rescan the storage from the esx, it will automatically show...the lun..

Where i can show the iSCSI Port Group IP Address in iSCSI SAN (Openfiler)

you need to bind the the port groups, in the esx nothing to do in the open filer... in the open filer you need to allow the subnets which is used in the esx for the iscsi

How i can Isolate the SAN Network from Management Network  ...??

it is good to use vlan and isolate....use atleast 2 pnics for the iscsi..
