Based on the bundle provided, its clear that you are running two virtual machines with its own virtual disks.
You can add the virtual disk of any one of the virtual machines as secondary drive. When you boot into windows, you will end up having two drives ( C and D drives ) . The D drive is nothing but the entire virtual disk of second virtual machine.
