Faults is something that is wrong NOW...so creating an alarm on a VM that has Disk free space low is not what we want to do.
What we need to do is have the Time Remaining displayed on individual drives for a VM. By giving you this information you can see based on histoical growth inside the VM's files systems when you will be running out of space. There is a setting (Time Deternination -> Time Remaining Score Relative = X Days) that you can set as a hard limit. So if the remaining days for an object is below this number it will make the Badge color Red with 0 value.
Next badge then is Capacity Remaining for a VM. Currently we only report on all the other objects around much more capacity is remaing relative to VM that can be deployed.
So the questions is how to fix this. If you have access to the Custom Dashboard you can create and attribute package that can alerts on Guest OS fress space less then x%/xMb.
