Configuring shared storage in ESXi 5.1 for configuring SFRAC in rhel VMs

hi

current progress in the configuration

     1) allocated shared LUNs to two ESXi servers

     2) initially i have created 2  rhel6 VMs with typical settings in two different ESXi boxes and deployed OS into them

and installed SFRAC in both the VMs and configured for a cluster

     3) now as i needed shared disks , i tried changing the scsi controller settings from shared none to shared virtual - paravirtual logic .

and iam unable to start the VM .

ERROR  IS AS BELOW :

An error was received from the ESX host while powering on VM sortvmlin01_failed.
Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/50cf6491-a845d46a-0008-e0db550f7b66/sortvmlin01/sortvmlin01.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
