Hi
thanks for the replay..
this is not Microsoft NLB, this is just 3 servers in cluster mode, and we are checking the vMotion option, we are just dragging and drops Vm's between Hosts as part of our Esxi implementation in our company, we must fix the vMotion issue, 10 second delay it too much and not acceptable.
according to your answer and other answers that i have eard, im starting to think that the problem is not related to my HP backbone mac/arp table.
Our topology is 2 NIC's, 1 for vmotion and 1 for storage, and also 2 Vlans, 1 vlan for vmotion without any IP address, and the storage vlas with IP address, if one of the NIC's failed, the second backing up.
i understood that maybe the problem is because vMotion Vlan is without IP, and the traffic goes toward storage NIC, are you think it can be the problem?
maybe update our Dell servers NIC's drivers?
thank you!
