Reinstalation haven't helped. Queued "check notification" tasks appeared again this morning 
As soon as I connected vCenter via vSphere Client from W2008 VM (where VUM is installed) status of tasks changed to error. Next scheduled task run well.
Forward and reverse nslookup works well now on both VMs.
