This is a DB issue / MOB issue with the vpxd finding a duplicate or an invalid network/network folder. Unless someone is good with SQL to query and figure out the exact table holding this entry and removing it, there's very little thst can be done.

 

One way of removing the DB entry would be to try and disconnect the hosts but that will only work if the VC service is starting.

 

Would make sense to involve VMware Support on this, but if you want to try and resolve this, cpnnect to the VCDB using SQL Management studio and doing a

 

select * from vpx_entity

 

That will show you all table information. You can then check if you can drill down to the table containing network information and see if you see anything interesting.

 

Problem is, if you are using DVS which is DB driven, I would be very careful of any network changes I actually make
