Copy data from within in vCloud VM to a different Network

Im new to working with vCloud Director and am looking at coping files from a VM within a vApp down to my own machine on the production network. The procedure for moving data into a VM is to create an ISO and mount it to the VM using vCloud director but Im at a loss as to how to move data in the other direction.
