Nothing Man, When I told them that I have removed LACP from the physical switch. They said it was a good thing we did. Now that the issue happened again. The engineer wants me to explain to him the problem again. He was working with me on this case and once he was on the phone with me for about 6 hours. How can he forget the problem. Its all there in the case notes.

 

They have asked me to upload the logs again. Last time I uploaded the logs and thry couldn't find anything. Now they asr asking me to do it again. Asking the customer to upload the logs every now and then is a good thing to buy out time and keep the case pending on customer.

 

I am going no where with this.
