I've used with success Cloudberry, is a software designed exactly to do remote copy to several cloud storage providers, they support AWS (both S3 or Glacier), Azure, Openstack and many others. It's not free but at 89 USD for the server edition is really cheap, and worth its price.
Just saying, is the software Veeam recently embedded into their Cloud Edition.
