I have 2 esxi 5.1 host set up the same way and have NIC teaming for the management networks, on one host it fails over just fine but on the other it does not want to switch over to the active NIC and stays on the disconencted one, i have both set to use Beacon probing and it works just fine on one of the hosts. I have already restarted the management service and still did not help.
Any idea?
