After migrating a VM from one vAPP to another I can't get the vm to connect to other vm's within the new vAPP. Trying to change the NIC on the VM generates this error:

at com.vmware.vcloud.spbm.impl.SpbmServiceImpl.submitSpsRequest(SpbmServiceImpl.java:888)
at com.vmware.vcloud.spbm.impl.SpbmServiceImpl.associateVmAndDisksWithStorageProfile(SpbmServiceImpl.java:679)
Also trying to run a guest customisation fails with a similar error, any ideas? thanks
