New-VM commandlet performance is too slow

Hi,

I am trying to create new vm through New-VM commandlet... When I compare time for creating new VM through New-vm commandlet with time creating VM through VCenter manually, there is lot difference. Is there any way to reduce new creation time?

I am using:

Powerscli - 5.0

.Net - 4.0

Vcenter - 4.1 and 5.0

OS Configuration:

Windows 2008 Enterprise Server with 8 GB RAM
