Hi laptop,

- Mac OS X Server 10.6.x: Failed to install with error "Mac OS X can't be install in this machine", which is appear after I able to see the MacOSX Installer, choose the language, format the virtual driver use Disk Ultility... I attached the error in the attachment, please look at it.

This means that you are trying to use a "bundled" version of Mac OS X 10.6 Server, which was provided with a Mac system and is locked by Apple such that it will only install onto that particular model of physical Mac (e.g. model ID MacPro5,1).  When you're installing in a VM, the installer figures out that it is installing into a VM (model ID VMware7,1), and refuses to install.  You'll need to use a retail (non-bundled) version of Mac OS X 10.6 Server installation media to install it into a VM.

Cheers,
