I'm having the same issue. And have been trying to figure this one out for sometime with no luck.
It seems that it has to do with the Firewall, but I have opened 902,903,9443 and still no go.
Does anyone know how we can better troubleshoot this error using any logs.
My setup is the vCSA for vCenter.
Netgear N600 - using port forwarding.
If anyone has any ideas to what we can check, please let me know.
Also, is there any other tool and/or console that we can use too.
I heard that VCD has a proxy for the console can you use it for web client console.
