if you read at the very bottom, it says "Check to see if the username is locked out. If it is locked out, either unlock it or wait for fifteen minutes (by default) for it to be automatically unlocked."
I wonder, how is that possible, if I have set my SSO to talk with AD and if the account gets locked, then how come it will be unlocked after 15 mins. It will depend on my domain policy set by the Active Directory Administrator.
I am assuming it is about local user id getting locked in SSO server itself. Is my assumption correct ?
