Installing Mountain Lion in Fusion on Mountain Lion

hi,

I followed the instruction:

After step 8 using the default settings the VM boots up with a gray screen then I end up in the boot shell see screenshot atached.

No idea how ro fix it. Any one got any thoughts?

I am running:

Moutain Lion 10.8.2  (upgraded from Lion)

and VMWare Fusion 5.0.2(900491)

On a Macbook Pro:

2.3GHz i7

8GB of ram

Solid State Drive + Regular drive(Replacing the dvd drive) VM is on the Secondery Drive.
