Install win 2008 & other in Vmware workstation 8

Hi,

This is my 1st question, so I dont know if its wrong or right group! Anyway here is it -

I m trying to start using Vmware workstation 8 in my PC. But having trouble. Please look at the attachment.

But also confused is it posile/impossible in my current system -

** Win 7 Pro (32 bit).

Processor        - Inter (R) Pentium (R) D CPU 2.80 GHz

** Motherboard - D945GCR

Now I want to do the following tasks:

1. Install win 2008 server Enterprise 64 bit

2. Win XP Pro (32/64)

So is thiese tasks posible?
