We've been deploying this version on Dell T310's for a while now, however with the last 2 we've done something odd has been happening. When setting up the Server 08 R2 VM's they seem to lose their network connection often. Just drops for a few seconds (or sometimes 10-20). THis has only happened on the last 2 servers. Before this has never been a problem. I'm wondering if this is a driver issue with in the VM's I was hoping to find a updated drvier for the OS in the VM but it says that it can't find a Intel driver. I'm a little stumpted as to whats going on here. I"ve tried (after VM Tools was installed) disabling the old NIC and adding a new one, but the problem still continues. The server is running build 923577, anyone have any ideas?
