I'll talk to my project people, whether or not to pursue this with Vmware support. We may choose to do so.
Actually, I found out where to change the port on the Console server, in some .config file somewhere (I guess there's no support for trying dumb things).
Changing it didn't make it work though, and may have broke other parts that I didn't test, but the service did listen on port 443.
So now i'm back to the standard port of 3121.
Earlier Shavlik docs mentioned the possibility of port-redirection, but current documentation does not (I think).
