I have used Quest vRanger for going on 4 years now. I can count on one hand the number of problems we have had. And with those instances, problems were quickly resolved. It may be a little pricey - but we're talking backups here. It just works - no need to "monitor" (that really made me laugh). Once you tire of the runaround Acronis is giving you, I would highly reccommend looking at this product.
