again PSOD on ESXi 5.0

I have ESXi server (not production yet).Two days ago, the server again stopped with a PSOD with a message saying:

After rebooting the server started with no problems, but the server stopped with a PSOD two-three times in month.

The situation is similar to http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2032588

and maybe this patch can halp me?
