deploypkg hang after P2V convert and VM start

Hi

I am working on the W2K3 server P2V migration.

vCenter Cnverter works fine. I got new vm created.

I have it started.

Got message about Windows reactivation and skip it at this point.

I logged in and see that deploypkg is started in cmd window.

It hang and stay at this point for a long time.

I have it stopped. Copied C:\Temp\ImgCustTemp folder to the different folder (first time I did not do that and this folder disappeared after reboot).

I have tried to run

deploypkg -deploy deploypkg.cab

It started and hang as well.

Is it something I can do manually? Run some tool which will built hardware conversion script for the new VM?
