Are you by any chance entering the following string in the Add Hypervisor dialog for the host address:

"http://10.192.200.121:80"

If yes, please note that the URL for communication should be as follows:

"http://10.192.200.121:5985"

That's because the default WinRM port for HTTP communication is 5985, you can see that info when you are running the command:

winrm e winrm/config/listener
