I'll assume you forwarded port 80 of the Host via the Virtual Network Editor and when the VM is using NAT you need to use the Host's Physical IP Address from other systems on the LAN to access the content of the Guest's Web Server.  If you can't then you do not have something configured properly.  So recheck all your configuration settings and also check your Firewalls!
