It might be best to have someone from Teradici or VMware look at the logs but below is what stands out to me.
TERA_MGMT_SYS_SESS_EVENT_CLOSED with disconnect cause (0x400) which translates to Zero client and View 4.5 and earlier: PCoIP session terminated due to network issues on TCP/SSL connection (keepalive ping timeout). You can view disconnect codes at this KB http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2012101
Also noticed a few lines similar to this GMT_PCOIP_DATA :Tx thread info: bw limit = 608, plateau = 515.9, avg tx = 0.9, avg rx = 0.8 (KBytes/s)

Is this connection via the WAN or LAN? How long is the max CPU usage?
